only 1 agent will run in any database at one time so if the first 1 is running the second one won't start until the first one completes. Assuming they are both scheduled agents which they must be if they run ever 5 mins. Conversely, the first agent won't run while the second agent is still running. You might be better off calling the second agent from the first agent or perhaps combining them.
